How to use.
In certain locations, you can view and navigate within street-level imagery (view an example in San Francisco). To do this:
- Navigate to a location. If street-level imagery is available, the Street View button appears.
- Click Street View. Roads with available street-level imagery appear with a blue border.
- If you are zoomed far out, a camera icon
appears at locations with available street-level imagery. Zoom until you can see individual streets on the map.
- A human icon
appears on the map. Click this icon to see a view for this location or click any street with a blue border. An info window appears with street-level imagery. The green arrow points in the direction you're looking.
- To rotate the view, do any of the following:
- Drag the imagery right or left. In some locations, you can drag the imagery up to look skyward.
- Click the pivot arrows

- To zoom in or out, do one of the following:
- Drag the slider
- Click + or -
- Double click the point on the image to zoom in. Once you have done this, click Zoom Out to return to the original view.
- To navigate along a street, click one of the white arrows overlaid on the street to move in that direction. You can also use arrow keys. Street names display within the info window. You can navigate on to another street once you reach the center of an intersection.
- To expand the info window and see a larger view, click Full-screen or

You can view street-level imagery with directions. Once you have obtained directions, click a camera icon in the left panel.
