My experience in working with Julius and Anita has been incredible! I had to move from Birmingham, Alabama to Coral Gables to attend the University of Miami. I had only visited Coral Gables once and needed help finding a nice, stylish, affordable, and most importantly, safe home.

I had trouble getting call-backs from other realtors and was getting so frustrated with the process. I came across the Choice Realty site and decided to give these realtors a try. After all, they had a long list of condos for sale and for rent - something that was hard to find on other sites I had visited.

Leaving a message on Saturday morning, I had a call back from Julius within minutes. On Saturday! He immediately introduced himself and the company. I was able to tell him exactly what I was looking for and he immediately began working! I knew I had come to the right person when he called later with all of the condo information... during the weekend hours. After speaking with Julius a number of times, I realized his determination and persistence was as strong as mine! I was able to relax and trust him with the procedure.

Today, I live in the perfect condo with everything I could possibly imagine, thanks to Julius who worked days, nights, AND weekends to make sure it was possible! Anything I needed at all (even with general questions on where to dine or where to rent a car), Julius was ready and eager to answer. I recommend Julius and Anita to everyone! The duo really cares about what is important to YOU! Coming down to Coral Gables, I felt I truly had two friends waiting: Julius and Anita... proving their statement true: "Making clients into friends one home at a time."
